At UltraBestBuy, we work hard to get your gadgets to you as quickly and reliably as possible. Please read our shipping policy below so you know exactly what to expect after placing your order.

📦 Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

🌎 Where We Ship

We currently ship to the United States (all 50 states) and Canada. We do not currently ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or other international destinations.

🚚 Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

We ship via major carriers including UPS, USPS, and FedEx. The carrier used may vary by product and destination.

🇨🇦 Canadian Orders — Important Notes

Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees upon arrival. These charges are determined by the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) and are the sole responsibility of the customer. UltraBestBuy has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount in advance.

Please check with your local customs office for more information before placing your order.

📍 Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this to track your package directly on the carrier's website (UPS.com, USPS.com, or FedEx.com).

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after your shipping confirmation email is sent.

⚠️ Shipping Delays

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to:

• High order volume, especially during peak holiday seasons
• Carrier delays or severe weather conditions
• Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
• Customs clearance processing for Canadian shipments
• Supplier or dropship fulfillment delays

If your order has not arrived within 21 business days of your ship date, please contact us and we will investigate right away.

📬 Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. UltraBestBuy is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@ultrabestbuy.com — we may be able to update it before the order ships.

📦 Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package:

• Check around your property and with neighbors
• Wait 24–48 hours — carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered early
• Contact your local post office or carrier with your tracking number
• If still unresolved, reach out to us at support@ultrabestbuy.com

UltraBestBuy is not liable for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. However, we will do our best to help resolve the issue.

🔄 Returns & Refunds

We want you to shop with confidence. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we make returns easy.

• Return window: Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
• Condition: Items must be in original condition with all tags attached.
• Refund processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
• Shipping costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
